LINDA THOMPSON

LINDA (LIN) THOMPSON A resident of Chatham, Linda Lin Thompson, passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Thursday, June 14, 2012, at the age of 64. Born in Winnipeg, MB, daughter of the late Alec and Kay Klym. Beloved wife for 42 years to Robert Bob Thompson. Loving mother to Lori Thompson of Chatham, Sandie Thompson and her husband Peter Hummel of Fergus. Forever remembered by her grandchildren Shannon, Dustin, and Breyden Williston, Soraya and Andrew Hummel. Survived by mother-in-law Jessie Thompson, sister-in-law Donna Hartley, and nieces and nephews Cheryl, Dean, Robin and their families. Lin was an avid ballroom dancer, she enjoyed walking, and was an activist of nature who took part in the preservation of Paxton's Bush. Cremation has taken place.
