ROSALIA MARTIN

ROSALIA MARTIN (nee BRUYERE) November 21, 1945 - June 26, 2012 After a 10 year battle with Alzheimer's, with David, her husband of 46 years, and her family at her side, Rose passed peacefully leaving to mourn her children: Robert, Sherry (Travis), Gordon (Rita), David-Clayton (Abigail); her grandchildren; Ashley, Christine, Adam, Aarien, Amber, Anthony, Alexis, Anisha, Aavory, Angela, April, Austin, Autumn, Aiden, David-Allen; and her great-grandchildren; Ayvah, Hunter, Aryanna. Also left to mourn are siblings Lorraine, Teresa (Bert), Viola, Joan (Russ), Kimberly (Paul), Bert, Tony (Carol), Bruce, Christopher (Delores), and Sylvia, and numerous nieces and nephews. Rose was predeceased by her mother and father; Angele and William Bruyere, her brothers Joseph, Louison, Wilfred and Ronald, and her sister Alma. Born in Pine Falls, MB, and raised in Sagkeeng, MB. Rose was a stay-at-home Mom, starting her family with David in Sagkeeng and Winnipeg. Moved to Gillam, Manitoba, in 1974, to raise their family and make it a home for the next 38 years. Cremation has taken place. Service will be held at the St. Alexander Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, June 30, 2012, at 2:00 p.m.
