EDITH EASTOE

EDITH IRENE EASTOE (nee PEPPLER) On June 24, 2012, at Poseidon Care Centre, Edith passed away peacefully at the age of 85. Edith will be lovingly remembered by her son Greg, foster-son Rob, daughter-in-law Phyllis, grandchildren Gordon and Allyson (John), great-grandchildren Ethan and Logan, as well as sisters Edna and Audrey, brothers Lawrence, Lloyd, and Garry and numerous nieces and nephews. Edith was predeceased by her husband Lindsay, son David, and sister Emma. Edith was born in Winnipeg on February 16, 1927, and grew up in Camper, MB. She led a full and active life, and in retirement enjoyed travelling, bowling, curling, and playing cards at the local seniors club. Cremation has taken place, In accordance with her wishes, there will be no service. If friends so desire, donations may be made in her memory to a charity of your choice.
