VAL BROWTON Mrs. Val Browton of Pierson, MB., passed away at the Melita Health Centre on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at the age of 66. Val is survived by her son: Kerry (Tracy) Friesen of Abbotsford, BC.; mother Ollie Prince of Winnipeg; sister Lynn Odell of Winnipeg; two brothers, Steven Prince of Kelowna and David Prince of Winnipeg; brother-in-law Frank (Sharon) Browton of Pierson; Chris' special friend Kirsty of Australia; Val's special friend Jamie Currie of Gainsborough; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Jim; son Chris Friesen, father Harold Prince; father and mother-in-law Art and Joan Browton. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m, from the Pierson United Church, Pierson, MB. (reverend) Heather Sandilands will officiate.
