EDWIN FRIESEN 1935 - 2012 On Wednesday, July 4, 2012, at his residence in Morden, MB, Edwin Friesen, aged 77 years formerly of Reinfeld, MB went to his eternal rest. As a family, we all fondly remember the camping trips in our tent trailer. His sense of humour and gentle nature made all of our memories of Dad special in our hearts. His sense of fairness ensured we were all treated fairly over the years. Dad was a deep thinker whose wisdom will be sorely missed for the rest of our lives. You've done well Dad, and we're proud to be your family. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Leona (nee Fehr), four sons, Gerald and Arlene of Morden, Jack and Debbie of Winnipeg, Duane and Karen of Morden, Dan and Diana of Winnipeg, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren as well as three sisters and two brothers. He was predeceased by two sisters. Funeral service will be held on Saturday (today), July 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Morden Mennonite Church, 363 Thornhill St. with interment at Southside Cemetery.
