ALBERT HARTLE

ALBERT (EDWARD) HARTLE 1921-2012 Peacefully with his family and wife by his side Albert passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at the age of 91 at the Deer Lodge Centre. Remaining to cherish his memory are his wife Florence, his sister Sarah, sons John (Donna), Ronald (Susan), daughter's Barb (Ken), Rhonda (Jeff). Also eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents Ethen and Ethel Hartle, brothers Ernie, Henry, George, Joe and Andy, sister's Carrie and Minnie. Albert was born March 5, 1921 in Narcisse, MB. He joined the army at age 21. On returning home he married Florence on June 30, 1945. He was employed at CNR as a steel fabricator until he retiring at age 65. One of dad greatest enjoyments was carpentry and spent many hours in the garage working on numerous projects for family and friends. He also looked forward to happy hour with special neighbours George and John. In 2005 Florence and Albert moved from Winnipeg back to their roots in Stonewall and lived at the Lion's Manor. Our family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Tower 4 at Deer Lodge for their exceptional care and support. At dad's request a private service was held at the Stonewall Cemetery.
