THERESA (TERRY) LUCINA HOFMANN April 19, 1956 - July 25, 2012 Peacefully on July 25, 2012, at St. Boniface General Hospital, Terry passed away at the age of 56 years. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. from Mosaic Funeral Chapel. Viewing for family and friends will occur half hour prior to the service. Cremation will follow. A complete obituary will be published in Saturday's paper. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in her memory.
