• my most fond memory of my grandfather is the summer I was 14 I spent the whole summer break living in winnipeg beach working my first summer job on the main drag grandpa lived for his summers there we spent the entier summer in each others company and some of the most memorable moments were not where we spent the day talking but the moments we could both sit in silence and just enjoy us being there together we could sit on that back deck for day without a word and watch the world go by but any of grandpas friends and family knew the silence could never last very long he had tons of storys and golden nuggets of life lessions that can never be replaced grandpa i love u we will always have that summer and so many more amazing memories
