STELLA OSTROWSKI On August 11, 2012 at the age of 97 years, Stella Ostrowski passed away at Parkview Place Personal Care Home. Stella was born on December 10, 1914 to Tessie and Frank Ostrowski. She is predeceased by her parents, as well as her two sisters, Sophie and Bertha Ostrowski.
