Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • Have fond memories of her during my years at Grace Chapel(many years ago). Sincerest sympathies to her loved ones. - Posted by: Sheila (Muir) Boermann (friend) on: Apr 02, 2017

  • Such fond memories I have of my Sister Dolly. She taught everyone that Love was and is a great part of our lives. She shared with everyone Family as well as strangers. If you ever met Dolly you would remember her for the rest of your life. So many of my friends growing up that met Dolly always have such wonderful things to say about her. The last time Dale and I was in Manitoba we along with Errol Graham and Ada visited her at the home she was in and took her out for a meal. Jerry joined us as well which was special to add to our day. Dolly was our last sister to pass and she will be greatly missed by us all. You will always be in my heart Dear Sister Till we meet again.Rest In Peace. - Posted by: George Smith (Brother) on: Apr 01, 2017

  • We remember the Anderson family coming to The Maples Community Church: How exciting it was to see such a large family wanting to join our little church family! And we soon learned how devoted they all were to the LORD! Then there was all that talent! We loved listening to all the wonderful harmonies while the kids all sang every Sunday either in a special group or as part of our congregation: but one of my favourite memories is of Bert and Dolly inviting us back to their home after Sunday evening services and sharing nibbles with yummy fresh home baked biscuits! And we thoroughly enjoyed the fellowship and conversation had by all! Did I mention singing around the piano and or with guitars? A little taste of heaven! I also remember words of wisdom from both Bert and Dolly: and their devotion to one another, their family and to all they knew! We thank God that we had the privilege of knowing both Bert and Dolly and we look forward to seeing them again in Heaven one day: May God comfort your whole family! Praying for you all as you go through these precious days. Love in Jesus, Frances And Albert - Posted by: Albert and Frances Cheetham (Family friends) on: Apr 01, 2017
