Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • We were shocked and saddened to hear of Jay's passing. Ciaran and Danial knew him as one of their first baseball coaches who welcomed all new kids to sign up for baseball provided they were prepared to work hard and learn how to properly play the game, which he loved so much. Driving to one of their own games in Ontario last week they were reminiscing about happenings in some games with Jay as their coach. Our deepest sympathy is expressed to Nicole, Nick, Gabby and all Jay's family. He was a good man. - Posted by: Brophy Family, St Catharines, Ontario (Friend) on: Jul 19, 2017

  • Jay was a childhood friend of myself and my brother Mark. We spent many hours together as kids playing sports and riding dirt bikes. We couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. Joyce, you should be very proud of the son you raised. He had a heart of gold and family was most important to him. He was one of the hardest workers I have every known. With Jay's passing, a piece of my heart and a piece of my childhood is now gone. We will miss him very much. Rest in peace my friend. - Posted by: Dan Silvaggio (Friend) on: Jul 13, 2017
