  • Nothing prepares you to see the loss of a classmate. Though there are no words to ease the pain that comes with the loss of a loved one I hope your family finds some comfort knowing the happiness and laughter you brought to those around you. From elementary school matching buzz cuts with Erik and Chris where I nicknamed you the Fuzzies, to long high school bus rides from Garson to CPET goofing around to pass the time, your presence will never be forgotten. Rest easy Steven. - Posted by: Jamie Talbot (Classmate) on: Aug 09, 2017

  • Stevo, from broken collar bones to backyard firework battles you played hard and relished in the moment. That smile you so liberally shared always made us feel welcome. Your hair! Man your hair. I've never said this to anyone but I was jealous of those lush locks. You towered over many people with your height, but never once with your soul. There will be many words spoken, written and read on your behalf. You my nephew, my family, my friend are deserving of every letter typed, every word spoken or read in your honour. I sincerely believe that one day you and I will reconnect. When we do meet Steve, the time that we will share together will be symbiotic and packed full of revelry. P.S., and know this, I'm going to be hitting you up for hair care/styling tips. Love Pops - Posted by: Pops Sicotte (Uncle) on: Aug 09, 2017

  • I was incredibly saddened to hear about Steven. He was truly one of my favorite track athletes. Not just a hard worker but always made time to help the younger students. We laughed and joked together on a regular basis but when it came to practice and competition his seriousness and dedication was always there. My prayers go out to Steven's family and his girlfriend Jessica. May his spirit truly fly free. Rest in peace Steven. - Posted by: Laura Langford (CPET Track Coach) on: Aug 09, 2017
