  • I knew John from the time I was 15 til I was in my early 40's. He helped me thru many difficult situations. I was also friends with his friend Vaughn Martin. Even though I have not seen him in about 20 years we still talked on the phone and I shall miss him dearly. My condolences to his daughter and family. • Dear Adelle, Michelle, Daniel and Brandon. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad, ( Grandpa) I was very good friends with Dorothy. I saw your Dad, quite often. He was always so nice to me. John cooked dinner for my husband and I when Dorothy was alive. We had an awesome time.
