PAULINE LILLIAN KEHLER (DRAGAN - KALYN) Peacefully on Thursday, January 6, 2000 at the Selkirk and District Hospital. Born March 10, 1909 to Stefan and Anna Dragan at Pleasant Home, Man. Predeceased by her loving husband Cornelius Kehler in May 1995. Pauline is survived by daughter Del (Adeline) and son-in-law Alex Ritchie of Winnipeg; grandsons, Grant (Marjie) of Ste. Rose du Lac, Man. and great-granddaughters, Kristi and Marlee, also Ray (Phyllis) of Winnipeg. Also Paul (Pamela) and great-granddaughters, Laura and Nicole of Calgary, Alta. She is also survived by sisters Anna Smith and Frances Stanyer both of Vancouver, B.C. Pauline was predeceased by infant son Myron; brothers, George and John Dragan; sisters, Mary, Lena, Dorothy and Natalie and first husband Andrew Kayln. Over her 90 years, Pauline has resided in Komarno, Winnipeg Beach, Winnipeg, Teulon and for the past 12 years at Knight Centre in Selkirk before making her final home in Tudor House in Selkirk. During her earlier years Pauline enjoyed working at Chandlers Shoe Store for 28 years in Winnipeg. Our very sincere thank you to each and all of the great staff of nurses and the very kind care givers at Tudor House where Mom has lived since October 1988. She will be missed by many friends and visitors but especially by her comforting Pal - Snowball - the resident Pussy Cat. Our heartfelt thank you to Dr. Demsas, Dr. DuPreez and so many very special nurses and attending staff, the Emergency and Intensive Care Unit. Also to the fine staff in the Medical and Surgical wards for the caring and special attention you have each always given Mom over the years. Also to the wonderful crews of the Selkirk Ambulance Service who responded so quickly to Moms many emergencies. According to Moms wishes a private family burial service was held at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens with Rev. Hugo Unruh officiating. All floral tributes are gratefully declined.
