SUSAN DAUPHINAIS It is with great sadness the family of Susan Dauphinais announce her passing on June 16, 2000 at the Womens Pavilion. Susan was born June 28, 1907 at Starbuck, Man. the eldest daughter of Bill and Agnes Hushka. She lived most of her life in Starbuck a part of the community and a member of the Starbuck United Church. She married Charlie Dauphinais in 1928. Susie compassionately and lovingly cared for both her parents during their long and incapacitating illness. In 1966, she and her sister Marie moved to Winnipeg where Susie was employed for a number of years at The Bible Society. Marie passed away suddenly in February of 1990. Susies indomitable spirit and her love for life enabled her to live independently for over 92 years. In February of this year she moved into Calvary Place where she was extremely content and happy and where she was cared for with the same compassion that she displayed in caring for her parents. "Whatsoever as man soweth that shall he also reap." Susie will be greatly missed by her close cousins and their families as well as her many friends.
