TRUSTED FUNERAL NAMES AND REPUTATIONS…SOLD!
The years of life are like a gift each one of us can use to make a difference in the world in any way we choose. I believe that we all have a purpose in life. Years ago, I was searching for a way to change my life; to make a difference in this world. Through many nights of thoughts and prayers asking God for guidance, I believe my faith chose the path for me to become a funeral director. While walking this path and changing my life, I promised my Creator that when the doors of Voyage Funeral Home open, I would never charge a family for the unfortunate loss of a precious little angel. I strongly believe that there should be no financial obligation to those who must go through such a tragic loss. All arrangements and services provided by Voyage for an infant or child are free of charge. When a family inquires as to why we do not charge for the loss of a child our answer is simple, no parent should have to bury their child. Life is precious; it is about showing love, care and compassion to those in need at a time of unbearable loss. After 20 years of continued success and being a pillar of support in our community and the families we serve, I continue to keep this promise to this day. Becoming a funeral director has been one of the most rewarding accomplishments of my life. I am able to help guide families through one of the most painful experiences of their lives. I do so with respect, honor, and dignity for both your family and your loved one.
Experience theVoyage Difference vs Others
Most funeral home names and reputations that you once trusted, that have been around forever, have been sold to large corporations. Their bottom line is profit. At Voyage Funeral Home our style is keeping it local and personal and part of that is keeping our fingers on the pulse of the communities that we serve. Our bottom line is people, meaning we treat your loved one as we would our own.
Most corporate funeral home pricing is based on the performance of the stock market and shareholder returns. Their bottom line is profit.
Voyage Funeral Home is built on a solid foundation of values. Voyage is not accountable to shareholders. We are accountable to you and the communities we serve. We have compassionate pricing. We are three to four times less in cost then the large corporate names you once trusted.
Numerous funeral homes employ high pressured, commissioned sales staff that are trained to upsell and oversell. Many are aggressive, uncompassionate, greedy, misleading, and impersonal individuals that sell you services that you do not need nor require. Their pricing is a la cart, where everything is extra. Their bottom line is profit.
Voyage Funeral Home is a family owned and operated establishment. Because we are family owned, we take the time to personalize your wishes providing you with one on one service. We never pressure or intimidate families into unneeded services or products as our staff are non-commissioned. If it were just about money for us, we would have sold off to the corporation a long time ago. We are not built on the foundation of money and our difference is keeping it local and personal. Our reputation speaks for itself.
Our vision incorporates tradition, compassion, cultural sensitivity and cost options to meet the needs of every family. We truly believe in treating your loved one as we would our own. When using the professional and personalized services of Voyage you will find no hidden costs and no surprises. Voyage uses no gimmicks. Do not take our word for it. Contact the funeral home names that you once thought you could trust to compare apples to apples… I’ll guarantee that you could save upwards to thousands of dollars.
As a funeral director, I cannot take death away. I cannot take the pain away. I do have empathy and will do my utmost to carry your family through some of the most difficult experiences caused by the death. I found my purpose – to comfort those that need to be comforted.
