JAMES (DMYTRO) FENIUK 1913 - 2005 We announce the passing of James Feniuk on Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at age 92, at the St. Joseph's Residence in Winnipeg, MB. He will be sadly missed by his two children, Melvin (Eva) and Valerie; grandchildren, William James Feniuk and Raydean Anderson; and one great-grandchild Hailley Anderson. He is also survived by one sister Annette Morrison of Toronto, ON and one sister-in-law Olga Feniuk, as well as numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. He was predeceased by his parents, brothers and one sister. James served in the Royal Canadian Military from 1943 to 1945. After his discharge, he spent the next 40 years as an owner/operator of a Winnipeg Taxi Service. Following the passing of his wife Doris of 61 years, James moved to Amber Meadow where he met and made many friends. In his last months he resided at St. Joseph's Residence. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Joseph for their exceptional and loving care. God bless you all. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 8 at 10:00 at Steinbach Funeral Chapel, with Very Rev. Fr. Henry Lakusta officiating.
