Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHENRY STENZIL Peacefully, on Saturday October 29, 2005 at Concordia Place, Henry Stenzil, age 96 years, beloved husband of Marjorie, passed away. Henry was born on September 10, 1909 in Olmitz, Kansas, immigrating to Canada in 1910 where his family homesteaded near Macklin, SK. He left home as a young man and became a carpenter. He worked at Waterman and Waterbury before the war, building country schools. He then served his country in the Royal Canadian Airforce with the rank of Sergeant. After the war he worked at Bird Construction until his retirement at age 63. Besides his wife Marjorie, Henry will also be lovingly remembered by son Bob (Jackie); daughters Myra, Judy (Elek), and Janet (John), as well as 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank all the staff at Concordia Place for their kindness and compassion shown to Henry during his stay there. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm. Thursday, November 3 at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. # 1 E @ Navin Rd. Interment will follow at Green Acres Cemetery. GREEN ACRES Funeral Home and Cemetery Hwy. #1 E. at Navin, (204) 222-3241
