Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEMMA JEAN ST. PIERRE (nee GAUTNEAU) Emma Jean St. Pierre passed away peacefully on November 20, 2005 at WestMan Nursing Home in Virden. Emma leaves behind to miss her, sons, Rollie, Patrick and Paul, daughter-in-law Sherril and grandson Joey. She is also survived by her brothers, Bill and Edgar; sisters, Geraldine and Margaret, all of Moncton, NB, as well as numerous nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph; sisters, Stella and Anita and brother Ivan. Mom had moved to Manitoba from New Brunswick to further pursue her teaching career. It was in Manitoba that she met father. Along with raising her sons, she continued to substitute teach and took on a librarian job when Dad's health was failing. She was a cheerful sort for the most part and had a good sense of humour, along with her love of animals. She made many good friends in the town of Pipestone and area and grew to love this part of the country as much as New Brunswick. She went back to visit as much as she could. The family would like to say thanks to the staff of WestMan Nursing Home and The Sherwood for their wonderful quality of care for our mother. A private family service is to be held at Pipestone Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Society in memory of Emma. G.R.
