Eileen was born in Winnipeg and attended St. Mary's School and Daniel MacIntyre Collegiate. Music played a major role in her life. As a longtime member of St. Ignatius Church, she and John sang in the choir for many years and her beautiful, warm soprano voice was heard at many weddings and funerals.
