Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA JOAN (PAT) MEGARRY Peacefully on April 25, 2006. Pat passed away at the Grace Hospital at the age of 73 years. Pat is survived by her brothers, Jack (Donna), Gord (Linda); nephews, Gord (Edith), Tom (Corinne), Brett; niece Kelly; great- nephews and niece. Pat was predeceased by her parents, John and Rita and brother Ron. We would like to thank the doctors, nurses and support staff of the Grace Hospital for their wonderful care. As per Pat's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. Donations in her memory may be made to charity of choice.
