ROGER LE JEUNE Peacefully, on May 8, 2006 at Foyer Valade, Roger Le Jeune, husband of the late Valita Le Jeune, passed away. Roger was predeceased by his wife Valita (Smith) in 1983. He leaves to mourn his passing, his sister Thérèse in California, his brother Pierre, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws. Roger had various careers in his lifetime. He received a diploma in Dairying from the University of Manitoba in 1940. He owned Roger's Food Market on Desmeurons for a number of years. He then owned R L Barber Shop on Provencher until the early 1970s. He then received his Real Estate Licence and retired from real estate sales at the age of 60. Roger owned a trailer at Wendigo for 45 years. His joy was spending time there and fishing. With the increasing onset of Parkinson's, Roger's last few years were spent at Foyer Valade. Thank you to all friends, relatives and neighbours at Chateau Gay who helped Roger. A special thank you to the staff at Foyer Valade whose patience and compassion made Roger's stay the best that it could be. Sincerely, Gilles. Memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 12 at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 1 E. at Navin Road.
