VIVIAN IRENE EWART
On Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at Riverview Health Centre in Winnipeg, Vivian Irene Ewart passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Jill (Ray) and grandsons, Marc and Noel of Vancouver; and by her son Grenville (Alison) and grandsons, Liam and Declan of Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her parents, Fred and Verna Sykes in 1977 and 1996, respectively, and by her husband Dr. Bill Ewart in 1995.
Thanks are extended to the staff of the Riverview Health Centre for the care she received over the years, and to all of her friends and relatives who brought joy to her life through their visits.
The memorial service is to take place on Monday, May 15 at 10:00 a.m. at Thomson Funeral Home, 669 Broadway with a reception to follow. A graveside service will be held at Minnewawa Cemetery near Souris at 3:30 p.m. on the same day, where she will be buried next to her loving parents. In lieu of flowers, donations in Vivian's name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or to the Riverview Health Centre.
