WENDY ANN JOHNSON (BEAUTRIDGE)
Date of Passing: May 11, 2006
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWENDY ANN JOHNSON (NEE BEAUTRIDGE) After a short illness, Wendy passed away May 11, 2006. She is survived by her mother Esther; husband Brian, son Kelly and daughter Karla. Also of mention are cousins, Jim Irvine, Joyce Coutts, Port Albini, BC and Norm Ketcheson, Vancouver. Wendy, after graduating from Grant Park High School, worked for the Parks and Recreation Department of Manitoba as an accounting clerk. From there she moved on to becoming a homemaker after her kids were born, believing Mother's need to be home. Wendy re-entered working outside the home once her children were in school to work at the new Zellers store, which opened just at that time. She worked there until the store closed a couple of years ago. Wendy was one who loved passionately, not only the ones closest to her, but all things. She had the gift of being able to accept all forms of art, culture, music and people. No matter how diverse. She especially loved pet animals with there always being several special ones in our midst at a time. She really enjoyed nature at our lake cottage, watching and listening to all the sounds plus watching the occasional bear lopping through the yard. She wasn't particular about the skunks when they sprayed the dog though. Wendy will be sorely missed but never forgotten. She was not only a wife, mother or relative but also your very best friend. In lieu of flowers, please send your donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Cropo Funeral Chapel 586-8044
