Maria is survived by her daughters, Laura (Jose), Adelaid (Joao), Rosa (Jose), Anna (Angelo) and daughter-in-law Maria; two brothers in Portugal; one sister in the USA and one sister in Ontario; ten grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by her husband Manuel Cabral Sousa and her son Jose De Sousa. Our sincere thanks to Park Manor and their staff for all their love and care. Prayers will be held on Thursday, May 18 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin Street N. with Rev. Fr. Jose Eduardo Medeiros as celebrant.
