ANABELLA (HELEN) LETENDRE (nee MOAR) Passed away unexpectedly on May 19, 2006 at the Health Sciences Centre. Helen was born on August 15, 1921. She is survived by Clare, her loving husband of 48 years. Helen was predeceased by her parents Alex and Isabella; three brothers, Alex, Hebron and Arnold; three sisters, Lillian Clemons, Christina Shabaga and Irene Prosser. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces. Helen was raised in the St. Martin/ Gympsumville area (formerly Partridge Crop). At age 20, she moved to Winnipeg and worked at various employments of which her longest was Coca-Cola from where she retired due to ill health. Helen and Clare were long time members of St. Matthews Anglican Church in Winnipeg. In 1983 they moved to the Narol area where they attended St. Andrews on the Red until her demise. Helen's family expresses their gratitude to the staff of MICU at the Health Sciences Centre. The Eucharistic Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at St. Andrews on the Red Anglican Church on River Road, St. Andrews, MB. The service will be celebrated by Fr. Stephen Sharman and Fr. Ron McCullough who gave them spiritual guidance over the years. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
