Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNICHOLAS JUZKIW December 19, 1903 - May 23, 2006 Nick Juzkiw, beloved and loving Husband of Katherine Juzkiw, deceased; Father of Daniel Juzkiw; Father-in-law of RoseMarie Juzkiw; Dida of Nike Juzkiw; passed away suddenly on May 23, 2006 at the Seven Oaks General Hospital. His funeral service will be held on Monday, May 29 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, 737 Bannerman Ave. at Arlington Street, with Fr. Zachary Shwaluk (OSBM) officiating. Interment will be held at the Holy Family Cemetery, 4355 North Main St., West St. Paul, after the service. Special thanks to Dr. J. S. Geddes and the Pacemaker Clinic Staff, Dr. D. H. Hosking and Staff at the Health Sciences Centre; Dr. F. Sikora and Dr. R. P. Haydey and their Staff at the Winnipeg Clinic; The Facility Staff, Dr. E. Braun and the Nurses and Aids at the Maples Personal Care Home 2 West; Dr. Swirsky of the Emergency Department, Dr. B. Gorski and Unit 5 Staff at the Seven Oaks General Hospital; for their outstanding medical expertise, guidance, compassion and excellent care. A very special thank-you to Linda Sparham and Ernie Rana, who gave Nick compassionate, respectful quality home care for so many years. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to a charity of their choice. May Nicholas and Katherine find peace and happiness together in their journey through Eternity.
