RODNEY LEWIS SIMPSON 1944 - 2006 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Rod, aged 62 years, on Sunday, June 18, 2006. He is survived by his son Chris, Betty, Debbie (Lyle), Karen, grandchildren, Gage, Jeremy, Jasmine, Violet, Ivy, Ezzra and his auntie Edna Smith. Rod is predeceased by his parents, Hub and Rene Simpson. Rod will be greatly missed by his family and numerous friends and especially his best friend and companion Nugget. The family would like to thank the staff at CCU and MICCU at the Health Sciences Centre for their care and kindness shown to Rod during his last days. In keeping with Rod's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Rod's life will be held on Wednesday, June 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. In lieu of flowers, all donations may be made to the CCU and MICCU at the Health Sciences Centre.
