Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELIZABETH (LIZ) NICOL August 15, 1951 - June 21, 2006 Braving it to the end, never giving up, Liz passed over the evening of June 20, 2006 with her husband, Wayde Goodman, sons Peter and Paul Kuzminski, and daughters-in-law Debby Kuzminski and Cara Daymond at her side. Liz is also survived by her grandchildren, the great joys of her life, Matthew and Joshua (Paul and Debby) and Tyson, Jordan, Dylan and Sydney Elizabeth (Peter and Cara). She is also survived by brother Jim. Liz was predeceased by her parents, Alex and Barb, and sister-in-law Beverly Nicol. Incredibly talented, Liz loved to make things for those she loved. Sewing, ceramics and all crafts she laid her hands to, she provided all she loved and cared for with both works of art and practical, useful items. She loved little ones, and she lovingly knit and sewed for newborns, especially making clothes for premature babies. Liz was very modest but took great pride in her sons and grandchildren. She spent many years as a draftsperson at Manitoba Hydro and took pride in her work there until her health failed her. In spite of the great pain she lived with, she always had time for others, and never was there a more caring or loving person. Liz will be missed by many and her friends were always in her thoughts - the Choquette family and her friends Doreen and Susan to mention but a few. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. My love, My life, My wife- Love you Liz! Wayde. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
