Date of Passing: Jun 20, 2006
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAUL WEBSTER FEE With much sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of their husband, dad and grandpa at Lions Gate Hospital on June 20, 2006. He will be deeply missed by his loving family, wife of almost 60 years Georgette (nee MacLean); son George, daughter-in-law Mary Ann and three adored granddaughters, Colleen, Erin and Laura. He is also survived by his brother Phil and numerous brother and sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces. Paul was predeceased by his beloved daughter Sherri in 1972 and his brother Rev. George Fee in 1991. Paul was born in Cartwright, MB on April 9, 1920. He spent the first 17 years of his life there and it was an experience and memory that he cherished for the rest of his life. After marrying Georgie in Winnipeg in 1946 they were transferred to Vancouver in 1947 and in 1955 they moved to the home they built in West Vancouver where they remained. After a career spanning 43 years with the Hudson's Bay Co., Paul retired in 1983. Paul was devoted to his family and spent his retirement years enjoying his granddaughters, his many friends, the Shrine, travelling and his home and garden. The family would like to thank the staff of Inglewood Care Centre for the care they provided to Paul. A celebration of Paul's life will be held on Tuesday, June 27 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Christopher's Church, 1068 Inglewood Ave., West Vancouver, BC, Archdeacon Louis Rivers officiating. A reception will be held following the service in the Parish hall. In lieu of flowers donations to the BC Cancer Society or Canadian Diabetes would be greatly appreciated. We love you and will miss you Dad and Grandpa. Thanks for all your kindness
