Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERARDO COLAVITO Gerardo Colavito peacefully passed away on June 30, 2006 at age 66, at home with his family by his side. Gerardo will be sadly missed by his wife Antonia, son Mike (Monica); daughter Rosa (Rafael) Colavito-Palao; brother Frank (Felicia); sister Margerita (Vincenzo) Mercurio; brother-in-law Carlo Fazio, many nieces and nephews and extended family. Gerardo was predeceased by his sister Antonia. Gerardo was a loving husband who enjoyed spending time with his family. He had a big heart and was well loved by his many friends. Gerardo enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. The family would like to extend their gratitude to their friends and to the health care workers for their love and support. Prayers will be said Tuesday, July 4, 7:00 p.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Avenue. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church. Entombment will follow at Holy Angel Mausoleum. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Gerardo's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 6 Donald Street, R3L 0K6.
