Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANTHONY MARTIN TERVOERT 1918 - 2006 Peacefully at Calvary Place Personal Care Home, Anthony Tervoert went to be with his Lord on June 29, 2006 at the age of 88 years. He was a long-time member of Calvary Temple; a man of deep faith. Interment will be held in the Assumption Mausoleum, located in the Assumption Catholic Cemetery 3990 Portage Ave. at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 7, 2006 with Rev. H.H. Barber officiating.
