ELIZABETH (BETTY) KROEKER (nee ENNS) 1918 - 2006 On Sunday, July 2, 2006 at Misericordia Health Centre, Betty Kroeker, aged 87 years of Winnipeg, formerly of Winkler, MB went to her eternal home. She leaves to mourn her passing, two daughters, Sandra and Harvey Peters of Winkler, Penny and Harry Popke of Winnipeg; two sons, Robert and Bernice, Murray and Bonnie Kroeker all of Winnipeg; 12 grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; seven stepgreat-grandchildren; one sister; two brothers and their families. Betty was predeceased by her beloved husband Menno (1976), one sister and one brother-in-law. Public viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home at 121 8th St., Winkler on Thursday, July 6 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 7 at Winkler Bergthaler Mennonite Church, 252 6th St. at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Peter Penner officiating. Interment will follow at Winkler Cemetery.
