Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryENID BEATRICE CHINN Peacefully at the Victoria Hospital on Sunday, July 9, 2006, Enid passed away at the age of 91. Enid was predeceased by her husband Roy and brother Doug Chadwick . Enid is survived by children, Maureen (Wally) Mislan, Walter (Alison) Chinn, Peggy (Ken) Maeren; grandchildren, Tracy (Tobin) Rostosky, Andrea Mislan, Jason (Jen) Chinn, Jamie (Laurie) Chinn, Angela Chinn, Lana-Marie and Dana-Lee Maeren; great-grandsons, Zachary and Lucas Rostosky and Jayden Maeren; as well as sister Barbara Jacques, brother Rafe Chadwick Enid was born in Raymore, SK on November 10, 1914. She resided in Regina until her marriage to Roy in 1944. Together they moved to Winnipeg, living in St. Vital, where they raised their family. Enid was active in St. Mark's Anglican Church where she was president of the Alter Guild, and the ladies Auxiliary as well as a member of the Vestry. She was an active volunteer in the community, working at Golden Links Lodge, Manitoba Craft Guild and was a member of the Winnipeg Seniors Choir. She also worked at Top Hat Florist for many years. Enid was known for her generosity, kindness to others and her sense of humour. Enid and Roy enjoyed their time at the family cabin at Albert Beach where many happy hours were spent with their grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom they loved dearly. Some of her fondest memories were family vacations, family reunions and her 80th birthday party. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 14 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Marks Anglican Church, 19 St. Mark's Pl., with a reception immediately after the service in the Church Hall. Interment will take place at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mark's Anglican Church (St. Vital) Memorial Fund in lieu of flowers.
