ROSALIE (ROSE) JULIANNA SNYDER (nee KULL) October 16, 1915 to July 19, 2006 With great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Rose Snyder surrounded by loving family at Concordia Hospital. Predeceased in 1959 by husband Eric Hans Snyder (Schneider); siblings, Phillip, Elsie, Andrew and Anna; and many friends. Fifth of seven children of Gustav and Emma (Janke) Kull, Rose lived her long and full life in Elmwood. Surviving her and cherishing her memory are children, Eric (Helen) of Ottawa, Robert (Leslie) and their children Jonathon and Stephan; sister Tina (Val) Kauk; brother Ernie (Eileen); large extended family; and many friends. Our eternal gratitude to the entire staff at Concordia Hospital 3W for their excellent care and service, with extra-special thanks to nurses Laura and Naomi, constantly there for Rose and her family in her final hours. Cremation has taken place; memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 27, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Grey and McCalman in Elmwood. Private family interment at Elmwood Cemetery at later date.
