Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFORTUNATA CASTILLO Peacefully on July 24, 2006 Fortunata passed away at the Maples Personal Care Home at the age of 79. Fortunata is survived by her daughters, Linda Castillo of Winnipeg, Citas Boquia (Carlito) of Winnipeg, Dina Castillo of the Philippines, Cristy Castillo of Winnipeg; sons, Moises Castillo of Winnipeg, Rolando Castillo of Surrey, BC (Gloria); grandchildren, Aaron, Diane, Sarahbeth, RJ, Ryan, Sam, Carlos, Alexa, Kim, Sydney; great-grandchild Raijen. She also leaves to mourn her passing brothers, Florentino and Nonoy;, and her sister Susan. She was predeceased by her husband Felipe in 1979. The family would like to thank the Maples Personal Care Home staff for their excellent care. Lamay will be held on Saturday, July 29 and Sunday, July 30 from 6:00 - 12:00 p.m. both evenings at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Prayers will be said on Saturday, July 29 at 8:00 p.m. also at Cropo's. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, August 1, at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin St. at 10:00 a.m. with Monsignor E. Samson celebrating.
