Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELIZABETH BALBON The family sadly announces the passing of Elizabeth Balbon, aged 92, on Monday, August 7, 2006 at the Seven Oaks General Hospital. Elizabeth was born in Lithuania on August 2, 1914. She came to Canada in 1948. She is survived by two daughters, Donna Zenchak (Gerald) and Irene McGuire (Jon); as well as two grandchildren, Tamatha and Rob Ciastko; and one great-grandchild Christopher; and many nieces and nephews who will all greatly miss her. Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband Arthur in 1981. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 14 at Thomson Funeral Home, 669 Broadway at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers are: Jerry Hasenheit, Ray Balbon, Rob Ciastko, Chris Ciastko, Dennis Chase, and Glen Chase. The family would like to thank the staff at the Maples Personal Care Home and the Seven Oaks General Hospital for the care and compassion shown to mom.
