SHEILA DONNA MAMOTT (nee WINSTON) April 12, 1943 - August 24, 2006 Peacefully and surrounded by family, our dearest and beloved wife, mother and Baba passed away after a courageous and lengthy battle with cancer. Sheila was predeceased by her father Benjamin Winston; brothers Arnold and Jack Winston; and sister Bernice Fogel. Left to cherish her memory are her husband Dan Mamott; her mother Dolly Winston; her children Sean (Melissa) and Ari (Rachel) Mamott; as well as three grandchildren, Jordan, Marcus and Jackson; her sister Elaine Yukelis and brother-in-law Mark Yukelis. Sheila will also be lovingly remembered by many more family and friends. She was a beautiful, loving and caring person who was devoted to her family and enjoyed flowers, butterflies and all the great things life had to offer. The family would like to thank Dr. Lotocki and his team, as well as all the staff on 3B at St. Boniface General Hospital, for the wonderful care she received. Services will be held at Chesed Shel Emes, 1023 Main St., Sunday, August 27 at 1:00 p.m. A donation to the Cancer Care Foundation in lieu of flowers will be greatly appreciated.
