Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNE BUREK (nee NAZARKO) It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved sister Anne Burek of Hazelridge, MB on Thursday, September 14, 2006 at the East Gate Lodge, Beausejour, MB. Anne is survived by her brother Paul Nazarko of Hazelridge; and a sister Pauline Uskoski of Beausejour; and several sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews. Anne was predeceased by her husband Ted; her parents, Adam and Ahafia; brothers, Walter, Joe and Adam (Ed). Anne was a wonderful seamstress volunteering her time and talent to create beautiful bridal gowns for her friends and family, as well as providing drapes for the community hall and St. Michaels rectory. Anne was a dedicated volunteer who enjoyed the comradery of making perogies at the Hazelridge Community Hall and St. Michaels Church. She spent most of her teen and adult years working at the Nazarko store and Post Office. Anne met many adversities in life which she endured with amazing grace and dignity. Prayers will be said on Sunday (tonight), September 17 at 7:30 p.m. from Russell Funeral Home, Beausejour, MB. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, September 18 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Michael's RC Church, Cooks Creek, MB with Fr. Martin Bradbury presiding. Interment in the parish cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. Campbell, the Nursing Staff of the Beausejour Hospital and East Gate Lodge for the care and compassion shown to Anne.
