Hugh was predeceased by his father William Hugh Keillor, mother Pearl Elizabeth Keillor, father in-law Bert Gilkes, mother in-law Pearl Gilkes, and the other Musketeer Jimmy Hilderman. Remaining to cherish his memory are his devoted wife Donna, son Richard (Jen), and his grandchildren Dylan, Allyssa, Caleb, and Emily. Also left to grieve are his sisters Gail Moroz (Dan), Penny Williams (Everol), nephew Tyson, his many friends and all the members of the Gilkes clan . Hugh was born in Winnipeg on November 15, 1946 where he spent his developing years at the family home in West Kildonan until he found his beloved wife Donna in 1971, who finally got him to leave the nest in 1976. Hugh retired after 29 years of service at the Canadian Pacific Railway in 2002. The remainder of his life was spent enjoying life at the beach with Donna, travelling, his grandchildren and trying to find all the ways he could take it easy . The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of Gimli hospital and St. Boniface M.I.C.U. for their care and attention during our families trying time.
