He leaves to mourn his two children, Kenneth Christopher Kirby and Tanya (Albert Le Gras); two grandchildren, Dominic, and Rebecca Le Gras; one sister Dolores (Bob Patterson); and nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, Bertha and Kenneth Cameron Kirby; and one brother Lorne Kirby. A private family service was held September 22, 2006.
