GEORGIA AGGELOPOULOS It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother, Georgia Aggelopoulos on October 2, 2006 at the Women's Hospital, Health Sciences Centre at the age of 66. Georgia will be deeply missed by her children, George, Gus (Jill), Patty (Lance) Wyatt; and her grandchildren, Joseph, Peter, Andrew and Arys. Georgia was predeceased by her husband Peter in 2003. She will be deeply mourned by her mother Ekaterini Boutrouca; her brother Nick (Helen) Boutroucas; her sister Manto (Steve) Caldis; brother-in-law Terry (Janet) Aggelopoulos; sister-in-law Ourania (Angelo) Corantzopoulos and their families; along with numerous other relatives here in Winnipeg and in Greece. Georgia was born in Pikerni (Tripoli), Greece on November 14, 1939, married Peter in 1960 and immigrated to Winnipeg in 1964. She dedicated her life to her family and was a very hard-working wife, mother, and grandmother. Georgia also worked for many years at the Paddock Restaurant, and later at Rae Jerry's.
