ELEANOR KLAPECKI On September 20, 2006, Eleanor Adelaide Klapecki, aged 83 and a half years passed away with her family by her side. Eleanor will be lovingly remembered by her three sons, Gerry (Evangeline), Don (Angel), Reg (Melanie); her six grandchildren, Jessica, Virginia, Courtney, Easton, Theo, Harrison; sister Eugenie (Joe) and family. She will also be missed by her numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. Eleanor was predeceased by her loving husband Ted, brother Alouisius and sister Emily. Eleanor and Ted married in 1947. She rose to the challenges of a CNR wife raising their sons in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Kamloops and Calgary. Eleanor fully enjoyed her retirement spending many months every year visiting family and friends in Calgary and Edmonton. As an avid sports fan, one of her joys in life was to watch her children and grandchildren play sports, attend their functions, parties and shopping. Eleanor was well known for her personal sewing and embroidery creations and cherished time spent with her stitching friends. Eleanor will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by all that knew her. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother YOU ARE FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS . We will celebrate Eleanor's life with a Mass at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. on October 7, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery.
