ALVIN TYNDALL 1932 - 2006 Peacefully on September 30, 2006 Alvin Tyndall passed away at his home. Throughout his life he enjoyed and excelled at many things; logging, dancing, hunting, playing the spoons, cattle, farming, his grandsons, a shot of rye, a dunk, gardening, a good cup of coffee, his dogs. He was strong and fearless, stubborn and impatient, thoughtful and proud. He would not suffer a fool, a phony, or a freeloader and it would be very clear where you stood with him. He was a supportive friend who helped many people over the years. He could fix anything but most enjoyed giving advice on how to do it. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth; his children, Tracey, Heather and Blair; his grandchildren, Garrett, Nevin, Evan and Bryston, and his brother Roy and wife Hilda and their family. His personality is unforgettable. He was there for all of us often and without fail. We will miss you Papa. He did not want a memorial service or funeral, and we have decided to give him his way just one last time. To our friends and family you are the best, thank-you for everything.
