Walter Naumko was the best engineer I ever knew, and, as a past-president of APEM, I knew a great many engineers! He was of course the best engineer that the City of Winnipeg ever employed. I was grateful to Walter for making my department such an excellent place in terms of technical accomplishments. I cried at his memorial service. Edward W. J.
