Marion was a devoted wife to her husband William (predeceased) and a loving mother to her children Donna, David (predeceased) and Bill. She will be dearly remembered by her grandchildren, Jennifer and Tanya and her great grandchildren Matthew, Lucas and Kristian. She also leaves to mourn her sister Dorothy and many nieces and nephews. Marion was born in Guelph, ON and at an early age showed a passion for writing which continued all her life. Marion also participated in Ukrainian cultural activities and loved singing in the choir. With her husband Bill, she was a member of the Association of United Ukrainian Canadians. They lived in several cities across Canada eventually settling in Winnipeg in 1967. Here Marion continued to sing in the choir and write poems, stories and a children's book. She was also known for her wonderful cooking. She was our angel here on earth. Marion will be interred at Waverley Memorial Gardens alongside her beloved husband William and son David. Her family wishes to thank the staff of Holy Family for their excellent care over the past ten years.
