SHUK HONG CHAN February 25, 1930 - November 5, 2006 It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, Shuk Hong Chan, at Riverview Health Center with his family by his side at the age of 76 years. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife Joan Choy Ho Chan and sons, Joseph, Garry, Phillip (Stacey), Arthur (Michelle); grandchildren, Justin and Juliann. There will be a private family viewing on Thursday, November 9, 2006 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Ave. West. At Mr. Chan's request there will be a private family service held on Friday November 10, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel. Reverend Wilson Tran will be officiating. Interment to follow at Transcona Cemetery, 5014 Dugald Rd. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Shuk Hong Chan's name to Seven Oaks CancerCare or Riverview Palliative Care Home Unit 3E.
