Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDIANNA SEENS (nee BRAUN) It is with great love and sadness that we announce the passing of Dianna Seens on Thursday, November 9, 2006, at the Grace Hospice. Di was born on March 1, 1948 in Humboldt, SK. Remaining to cherish her memory is her daughter Michelle Kube (Paul); son TJ Seens and her beloved dog, Simba, all of Winnipeg; parents, Clarence and Josephine Braun of Saskatoon, SK; brother Ron Braun (Pat) of Winnipeg; sisters, Velda Espey (Bill) of Saskatoon, Betty Lou Fox (Bill) of Vancouver; as well as all her special nieces and nephews and many, many good friends. Mom was well known for many things; her cooking and baking; her countless hours spent doing crafts; her love for all animals; her passion for the campground , and above all, to have a good time'. She had a knack for making wherever she lived a home, whether it was in Gillam, Winnipeg, or Onanole. Her most enjoyable times was when she was playing cards with the family, hanging out at the campfire and playing pool with her friends. A celebration of Mom's life will be held on Friday, November 17 at 2:00 p.m. in ANAVETS Unit 283, 3584 Portage Ave., Winnipeg. We would like to thank Neepawa and Grace CancerCare, Dr. Pat Harris, the staff on the 5th floor at the Grace Hospital, Dr. Hartley, and all the angels at the Grace Hospice for their excellent care of Mom. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dianna's memory may be made to the Grace Hospice Memory Garden, 300 Booth Dr., Winnipeg, MB, R3J 3M7, or to any no kill animal shelter.
