CAMERON RICHARD PRAWDZIK September 23, 1970 January 16, 2007 It is with the greatest of sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our precious son and brother, Cameron on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at the age of 36 years. Remaining to forever cherish Cameron's memory are his parents, Gerald and Ruth; his daughter Jordyn; fiancée Elena and daughter Jada; sister BettyJo (Shawn) Young; brother Ronald (Julia); nieces, Leia, Milla and Neve; and grandmother, Rose Prawdzik. Achieving his Law Degree from the University of Manitoba, Cameron was called to the Bar by the Law Society of Manitoba in June 2004. Cameron had a zest for life. He worked hard, but he loved to laugh, cook, fish and help others. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 20 at 1:00 p.m. in St. Gerard Roman Catholic Church, 45 Foster Street, with Brother Pierre Wood, O.F.M. CAP., presiding and Rev. Fr. David Brabant, p.s.s., concelebrant. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cameron's memory to The Salvation Army Divisional Head Quarters, 500 - 55 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 1L8 or St. Gerard Roman Catholic Parish School Gym Fund, 40 Foster Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2L 1V7. Cameron's arrangements have been entrusted to the Family Owned Funeral Chapel of: WOJCIK'S ALL BELIEFS FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL CREMATORIUM 897 4665

  • I can’t believe it has been 12 years since the celebration for Cameron. What memories, I wish those days to come back. We met working at the Hotel Fort Garry, gosh we laughed and laughed.   • Cameron was a dear friend. I was away when i heard of his passing and am sad I was not there for the funeral. I have not been a religious person, yet sense Cameron is and was an angel in my life. Only now am I able to learn some of the lessons he taught me and sense him with me often. My luv and prayers to his family - who were always so kind and understanding!
