Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNIE (NANCY) PALMER Change in Date of Service It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Annie Palmer on February 10, 2007. She was affectionately known as Nancy or Nan to all that loved and knew her. Annie was born in Liverpool, England on March 30, 1910. Annie came to Canada in 1931 and married Walter Palmer. Her brother Tim Hignett still resides in England. Nancy was predeceased by her husband Walter and her sons, Ronald and Barry. Nancy worked for many years at the Winnipeg General Hospital. She lived at Donwood Apartments for over 31 years until her move to the Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg in May 2006. She enjoyed her weekly bingo and visits with her family and friends at Donwood and Middlechurch. Nancy loved her family. To mourn her passing son Rex (Carol); son Keith; daughter Maxine (Jerry) Kozubal; daughter-in-law Carol Palmer (late Barry) and daughter-in-law Margaret Palmer. She had 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the staff at Donwood, Concordia Hospital, Access Mobility, Middlechurch Home and Seven Oaks Hospital. We thank you Nan for all that you have given us. Your memory will be with us forever. We love you and we will miss you. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 16, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street with Pastor Rick Sauer officiating. Interment will follow at Brookside cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church Building Fund, 600 Cambridge Street, Winnipeg, MB R3M 3G9. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
